Everything you need to start creating stunning AI images — no experience or technical knowledge required
Artificial intelligence has made it possible for anyone to create professional-quality images simply by typing a description. This guide explains how AI image generation works, how to use IMAGEKA step by step, and how to produce images that genuinely impress — starting from your very first attempt.
AI image generation is the process of creating original visual artwork using artificial intelligence. You type a text description — called a "prompt" — and the AI generates an entirely new image that matches your description, pixel by pixel. It does not search a database of existing images; it creates something new every time.
The technology behind modern AI image generation is based on a class of models called diffusion models. These start with random digital noise and gradually refine it, guided by your text description, into a coherent, detailed image. Popular AI image models include Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, and Flux — IMAGEKA uses a curated selection of these and automatically picks the best one for your prompt.
Getting started takes less than one minute:
A prompt is the text description you give the AI. It is the single most important factor in your result. Think of it as instructions to a talented artist: the more specific and vivid your description, the better the output.
Prompts can be short ("sunset over ocean") or detailed paragraphs. More detail generally produces better results. The Enhance Prompt button in IMAGEKA automatically adds quality-boosting tags to any short prompt — a great shortcut for beginners.

IMAGEKA offers 12 art styles accessible from the Settings panel. Each style changes the visual aesthetic of your image dramatically:

Most images are ready in 15–45 seconds. Flux-based models which produce the highest quality outputs may occasionally take slightly longer during peak hours.
Yes — in Settings, select 1, 2, or 4 images per generation. Generating multiple from the same prompt is a great way to see variations.
Images are saved in your browser's local storage for the session. Download anything you want to keep — clearing browser data will remove them.
AI generation is probabilistic. Common issues like distorted hands or incorrect lighting are normal — simply regenerate. Adding "realistic anatomy, correct proportions" to your prompt helps reduce these issues.
